Gluten-free donuts stuffed with raspberry sauce
Gluten-free donuts, easy and quick to make. A recipe for donuts with a spoon, without yeast and without leavening.
To prepare the donuts, follow the instructions on the box with the Gluten-free Donut Mix - Pagotto.
200g fsesh or frozen raspberries
30g vanilla sugar
1/3 lemon juice
1 vanilla essence
1/3 sachet of gelatin
Over medium heat, in a deep frying pan, add the raspberries, sugar and lemon juice. Stir continuously until a thick raspberry sauce is formed. When almost ready, add the vanilla essence and mix. Remove from the heat and leave to cool. When the sauce has cooled, strain it to remove the seeds and to homogenize. Prepare a quarter sachet of gelatin in lukewarm water, according to the instructions on the package. Mix the raspberry sauce with the gelatin liquid obtained.
To fill the donuts, use a sharp-pointed ornament.
